Richard and Mark, fitted our Clear view vision 500. Richard carried out a free of charge survey and all our questions were answered fully and he took time to explain everything in simple terms. Richard was always available before the installation took place to answer any further questions. The communication flow from this company is second to none simply excellent. The installation went extremely well, turned up when they said they would completed the installation without any mess, very polite tidy and professional. Will certainly recommend to family and friends without hesitation.

Richard and Mark fitted a Firefox stove in my living room, they were fantastic and very professional. Richard spent time before the installation giving us advice on stoves, chimneys, flues and hearths and as a result we have a beautiful fireplace and a very warm living room. Would highly recommend Ignite Installations to anyone looking for a reliable and impartial HETAS engineer.

Richard and Mark at ignite installations provide a fantastic professional service. Our multi-fuel stove installation was not as text book as expected but Richard and Mark were quick to rectify the problems encountered and by the end of the installation day we had a fully fitted, working stove. A great big thank you to you both, we are extremely pleased with the results and we are all enjoying the stove as the nights get colder!

I called in Mark and Richard to evaluate problems I was having with a wood burning stove fitted by another company. They carried out immediate work to amend the faults and returned at a later date to properly make the fire safe and useable.

Their advice was highly professional, extremely knowledgeable and made me confident in their ability to sort out what had been a problem in my home for the last 5 years.

The work they carried out was to a very high standard, with the minimum of dust, mess and fuss. They were punctual, polite, friendly and a pleasure to deal with.

As a designer I expect high standards, I received them from Ignite installations.

Mark & Richard recently installed a wood burning stove for us. they were friendly on arrival, The work took 2days,keeping us informed every step of the way. The mess was kept to a minimum,tidying at each stage of the work.
When stove was in place it was tested, giving us acomplete explanation,on how to use.

My log burning stove was fitted in one day, this included taking out the old gas fire,
Re-furbishing the brick fireplace, putting in a slate hearth, lining the chimney and putting on a new chimney pot.

I employed Richard and Mark to repair a leaking roof on my town house; and they did the job exceedingly well. They went out of their way to do the job as quickly as possible. That included finding a scaffolding company who did not charge the earth and then working three floors up. They kept in contact throughout the project showing me photos of the problem and the finished results. I would recommend them to anyone for their good manners and honesty as well as their professional workmanship.
